In recognition of having over 90% of their workforce gaining CSCS qualifications, The BDL Group has been accredited with the Certificate of Commitment Platinum Standard from Construction Skills, the sector Skills Council for construction.
The Construction Skills Certification Scheme (CSCS) is fast becoming the industry standard. It is supported by organisations such as the Major Contractors Group (MCG) and Major Home Builders Group (MHBG) all of whom are committed to a fully qualified workforce by the end of 2010.

Improved Health and Safety awareness among the workforce. Indentifies cardholders with recognised skills, competence and qualifications. Identification of training needs to improve or update skills.
