• A team of qualified in-house Health and Safety professionals, including: DiP RSA (Level 4, NVQ Occupational Safety & Health) qualified, Chartered Member Institution of Health & Safety (CMIOSH), Registered Safety Practitioner (RSP), Incorporated Member of Chartered Institute of Building (ICIOB), Member of the Association of Project Safety (MAPS) and Member of the International Institution of Risk Safety Management (MiiRSM);
• Full knowledge of legislation and regulatory controls;
• Full induction and training programmes for our team, including weekly on-site ‘Toolbox Talks’;
• A comprehensive Health and Safety Compendium for site supervisors;
• Health and Safety handbooks, complete with procedures, policies and method statements;
• CHAS and SAFEcontractor accrediatation.

It is our policy to undertake:

• Regular on-site checks;
• Professional risk assessments;
• Regular independent Health and Safety compliance audits;
• Full teaching sessions for operatives on all safe working procedures;
